The third preparatory seminar for students and faculty participating in the third Owada Chair was held from 15:10 to 16:40, Monday, 18 December 2023.
In this seminar, which was conducted in English in the presence of Prof. Hisashi Owada, students and faculty members discussed TWAIL (Third World Approaches to International Law) in the context of the article, “Praxis and the International (Human Rights) Law Scholar: Toward the Intensification of TWAILian Dramaturgy,” written by Prof. Obiora C. Okafor, the keynote speaker of the third Owada Chair.
